Which college is a better option to pursue M.Tech in structural engineering considering quality of education- VIT, Vellore or SRM?

VIT is far better than SRM for M.Tech since the quality of education is very good and also there are the most number of research paper published from VIT every time.

But I have heard that mostly these papers are of CSE branches. And structural engineering is civil engineering. Please throw some light regarding civil engineering (structural).
