JSS is the top-most college. Other than JSS, you can go for AKGEC or KIET.

KIET is best college to pursue civil engineering. KIET has good placement records and well equipped labs, highly qualified faculty members and always Organizes various industrial visits; Workshop; conference; seminars; Guest lectures. Support Entrepreneurship and skill development.

According to ranking, JSS and AKG are on top compared to others. I think all four colleges are quite good, but you must make choice on the basis of your future plans and various financial and non-financial parameters.
