Mechanical Engineering is the art and Science of designing, development and control of systems and components such as fluid mechanics, material Science, thermodynamics, kinematics, etc. Mechanical engineers use these core concepts paired with tools like Computer-Aided Design (CAD), and product lifecycle management to design, analyze and manufacturing of equipments.     The order is PEC, CU (Chandigarh university), LPU. But pvt university has better management practices, cooperative teachers. Etc. Join CU has HRS of big IT conglomerate on its Corporate advisory board which helps in attainment of these objectives for students. Students at CU get these packages frequently. Not only this, Students doing Csc as UG course sometimes have the option to choose from the available jobs in hand. Another salient feature is that a student after getting a job cant sit for another interview unless all others have got a job.     I believe that LPU is the best place in India for the education. Whether it is teaching, placements, infrastructure or other facilities LPU give its best. The placement opportunities in LPU are much better than other private universities as it is ranked the 5th amongst the other universities for its placement records.     Pec is best but u should give paper for panjab university Chandigarh as they have some seats in pec.otherwise go for Lpu as they have better placement structure.

    PEC is better if you have good score in board and JEE. Else go to CU or LPU

It has been ranked as one of the best universities by various agencies on the basis of its infrastructure, its placements, its pedagogy, its faculty, to mention a few.
