Which college is best among MIT kothrud pune sihgadh vadgaon pune and VIT college pune for civil engineering?

VIT college would be a good option followed by MIT-Kothrud and then Sinhgad-Vadgaon. The reason being that VIT is an autonomous college and thus has a good standard of the curriculum. MIT has also been granted the autonomous status this year and very spontaneous they'll have their own curricula set-up. Though the fees they'll charge is 2.5 LPA which is quite high. Sinhgad College has Pune University syllabus which is diluted a bit and you may not find it to be a rewarding experience. I hope this helps! -
All the colleges you have mentioned are same and none has any advantage over others except VIT, Pune.
