VIT college would be a good option followed by MIT-Kothrud and then Sinhgad-Vadgaon. The reason being that VIT is an autonomous college and thus has a good standard of the curriculum. MIT has also been granted the autonomous status this year and very spontaneous they'll have their own curricula set-

All the colleges you have mentioned are same and none has any advantage over others except VIT, Pune.
