    You can explore about -
    - IGNOU B.Com + ICSI
    - SCDL
    - State Open University
    - LPU B.Com
    IGNOU B.Com in collaboration with ICSI is one of the best thing. Also B.Com from Symbosis along with CA course could be a good move.
