Which college is best for B.Tech between government or private? And which branch is good with good facility and placements?

Government colleges like NIT, IIT, IIIT and GFTIS are always proven to be best for B.Tech for best placements and college life. But some of the colleges like BITS group, VIT, and Manipal are also very good colleges.
