Which college is best for civil engineering between CBIT and Vasavi College of Engineering?

Both colleges are different. If you choose Vasavi, you will learn a lot to become a engineer. Where the culture in CBIT is totally different from Vasavi. Vasavi is helpful in many ways it promotes you in every way possible to make you ready for work field.
