According to me, HKBK College is better than the Veltech, because placement wise, this college is good. And laboratories are also good in civil in HKBK College.
    Good luck.

Both universities are excellent. It is an engineering course at LPU that explains ideas from fundamental Science to technology through lab work and projects so that students can learn about things like structural, environmental, highway, and construction management, which are in line with expectations in the business world. In class 12, a cumulative score of 60% with PCM is required. At LPU, there are academically qualified faculty members who transmit both theoretical and practical knowledge for the students' overall development. In addition to that, LPU has a specific division that focuses on placing student preparation.
