Both are good. Still, I would suggest you to go with Chandigarh University. Chandigarh University has proved best when it comes to student's placements. CU offers the best research facilities in CSE to provide you with a great career in computer programs and applications. Also the faculty is highly qualified and professional.

Both the colleges, CGC Landran and Punjab University are good at their own. Still, I will suggest you to go for Punjab University for CSE. Punjab University is much better in terms of placement. You will get placed in top IT companies through campus recruitment. Best of luck.
