Which college is best for fashion design: LPU, IIFT, AIFD or INIFD?

Hi Prachi, Although, IIFT has no comparison with any other Institution, following by AIFD and INIFD. All above mentioned are the best names across the country. But what if someone could not be able to reach there plan B should be in hands. Thus, in Private Universities and after IIFT AIFD and INIFD, LPU is equally good. Why am I telling this to you, because I know LPU closely. It is situated hardly 12 kms from Jalandhar where I stay. I generally get to read in the Newspapers for the achievements and accolades of School of Fashion Design, LPU. Online admissions are in process at LPU, which means their academic Executives will be taking calls to guide the candidates. You can try calling them or visit their website to know the updated fee structure also. I heard they have relaxed their eligibility criteria for various programmes aiming to facilitate the candidates against COVID_19 pandemic. I hope this will help you.

LPU provides the ample opportunities to each and every of the eligible students to secure good placements and huge infrastructure, good faculty, Mac Labs, extra curriculum activities and cool campus environment with great facilities. Zee News Survey rated us as 11th Best in India in Placements. LPU have tie ups with many foreign universities for exchange study programme, internships as well. Apart from this, in each semester we have the Professional Enhancement Programmes (PEP) in which the students are prepared to crack the placement processes like Analytical Skills (Logic Reasoning and Verbal Reasoning), Quantitative Aptitude Skills, Technical Aptitude Skills, Presentations and Soft Skills and Mock Exercises (Mock Interviews, GDs, Mock Tests, etc. ). .

LPU is a good university when you compare it with other private universities and colleges. If you are talking about the degree of fashion designing. Than I will suggest you to the one of best university is LPU. I am pretty sure because my friend is doing fashion designing over their. She told me about that It has one of the best fashion designing department, where students get to showcase their creativity. The university conducts is own fashion shows to help them showcase their designs, some even go for events outside to showcase their designs. The students graduating from LPU are working with good fashion brands. It has been ranked as one of the best universities by various agencies on the basis of its infrastructure, its placements, its pedagogy, its faculty, to mention a few. But, I will suggest you to search for other colleges or universities too.

Can't say about other colleges are better than LPU or not but LPU has a good course curriculum for fashion design course and a lot of opportunities are given to excel in this field. As a current student of LPU, I would suggest you can take admission in LPU because it is one of the top university in the north region.
