Hi, if you talk about the choice of college. I would suggest you: 1) BIMM, Pune 2) ITM, Mumbai. If we talk about fee structure (ROI) and placements then BIMM, Pune is way ahead of ITM Mumbai. Reasons: 1) You are having experience in BFSI Domain in IT. So, you have good chance of getting job in BFSI sector and IT. 2) BIMM have many companies from Banking to Insurance visiting for recruitment like HDFC, SBI Cards, ICICI Bank etc. With the PKG ranging from 10 lac to 6 lac. 3) IT companies do visit our campus like Infosys, TCS, HCL, Syntel (pool campus) etc. So you being an experienced IT professional can get a package ranging from 12 lacs

All the colleges are equally good. But you need to check just for the better placements because that should be your main focus and there is a lot of competition out there. In my opinion ITM, Mumbai is the best in terms of placements.
All the best for your bright future my dear friend!
    Thank you!

The best college of all is BIMM Pune in terms of ROI, placement, living experience, faculty, etc. And other reasons have been mentioned in the previous answer by my fellow mate Anand. Sri Balaji Society has 4 colleges of which BIMM is the mother Institute. For finance many NBFC, Real estate, Consultancy and banks come for placement.

    Hello Viraj,
ITM is the one of the best colleges for post-graduation in finance. You have two subjects in finance stream which are financial markets and finance. They organise big events lectures and seminars where highly appreciated people come and give speeches. There is a lot to learn in ITM. There is also a simulation lab that lets you know about the stock market. The average package goes to 6 LPA and the highest goes till 9 LPA which is better if you see the fee structure.

All the colleges are equally good but for finance placement is quite average for all these colleges. As for finance guys, very less companies come so at last college make the left finance people to sit in marketing job companies. That's the sad truth for every college because there are not that company to place all the finance guys, as one can hire more salesperson and marketing person in a company but few people of finance background is needed in any company.
