Which college is best for placement: LPU or Banasthali or SASTRA University? I got 3592 rank in LPU-NEST 2018.

Dear Shilpi, I have heard a lot about LPU's placements. They are offering wonderful placements with good packages to their students. The university has been ranked really high by many external agencies. Apart from the rankings and placements, the university is having very good infrastructure and highly qualified faculty. The university sees to this that the students are able to do well in placement drives for which it provides extra inputs to the students. As is the tagline of the university "Transforming Education" so they really have transformed it by offering scholarships to meritorious students thereby making quality education affordable to all. So, I feel you should give a careful thought before deciding and then decide upon this that which university you would join. Check website for more details. Good luck.

Well in my opinion, i will recommend Lovely Professional University. All these are good colleges in India for engineering. LPU is the best option in comparison to Banasthali and SASTRA University. LPU has a very good international collaboration and labs inside the campus and other things too.

HI, Engineering is one of the best programmes that LPU offers, and it is worth joining LPU for B.Tech (ECE). I will highlight some of the features : 1) The faculty, the infrastructure, and other facilities are excellent. 2) The placements are 100%, and the preparation begins from the very first year. 3) More than twelve Center of Excellence established by reputable companies like Automation Anyware, Texas Instruments, CISCO, SAP, Cadence, etc. 4) There is an innovation studio in LPU where students can work on their ideas. Moreover, in 2019, when the Indian Science Congress was held in LPU, LPU Students also design Solar-powered Driverless Bus to ferry PM Modi to Indian Science Congress 2019 in this studio. In terms of infrastructure and exposure, LPU is better. Though, Banasthali is one of the few universities meant specially for women and has a decent culture and environment. Academics are though very average but still I would suggest to go with your comforts. At LPU, the environment is open and academics are great. Overall, the order is LPU > Banasthali and then Sastra University.

SASTRA ranks around 32nd as per NIRF ranking and tops the universities that you have mentioned. Having said that, SASTRA is the best in terms of placement with over 700 companies visiting every year.
