Which college is better among APG Shimla university and Green Hills Engineering College?

Both are good college, but I think Shimla University will be the good choice to pursue any graduation degree. But you also need to do some research yourself to find exact information about the college. I will suggest you to visit both colleges accordingly and meet their students & other staff member
