Which college is better among BIMM and Jaipuria, Lucknow? What is the difference between the same?

I would suggest you to compare both institute's faculty, placement records and what kind of exposure you will get, then choose which you like the most.

BIMM has seen good placement growth year on year. It has been in top 50 B-schools as well. BIMM has good funding backup and teacher student ratio. Secondly, good location in Pune. You can get decent placement of around average package of Rs.6 lakhs. If you excel in this course, it may go up to Rs.12

Go for Jaipuria, Lucknow. It is better in all parameters including placements.
