Hello! Yes, LPU does offer Lateral Entry in B.Tech all streams. Engineering at LPU is always a talk in town. I have done my engineering from LPU and I remember many new faces join us second year through lateral entry admissions. As per the best of my knowledge, If you have done your Diploma ( any branch) and have scored 60% or above, you can apply for admissions. During this period of ongoing COVID-19 pandemic lockdown, to support prospective students (candidates) to apply for admissions, direct online/remote admissions (subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria) process has been started. Further you can also apply for LPU NEST which will act as the Scholarship Exam for you. LPU provides a great academic exposure to its students. It provides a chance to the students to attend guest lectures or workshops, so that they get to learn as much as they can. Dear Saezy, DTU and LPU are good public and private universities respectively in India and doing well in the education sector. Coming to the B.Tech (Lateral Entry), I would highly recommend LPU for this. LPU offers B.Tech (Lateral) in various programmes such as CSE, EE, ECE, ME, CE, Automobile, Chemical, Aerospace, Biotechnology, etc. I recommended my cousin to do B.Tech from LPU itself.
