DTU is far better than APIIT Panipat for pursuing B.Tech CSE. Many of my friends are pursuing B.Tech CSE from DTU and have always given positive remarks.

    In short DTU
Why would anyone want to go in APIIT, if he is getting admission in DTU. DTU is a premiere college. Fully controlled by state government of Delhi. There are so many benefits of doing CSE in DTU which are already explained by fellow experts in the comment section. DTU is best after IIT/NIT for CSE.

DTU is better for CSE because you will get lot of exposure at DTU and the faculty is also very good. DTU is famous for it name and there are lot of technical and other workshops take place. Even one of my friend got B.Tech CS from There only. She was topper of the class. I would recommend you this. All the best.

Yes, you qualify for DTU if you received a 60% in your 12th grade.

However, admission is primarily determined by your JEE Main rank rather than your grades.

You have to attend JAC Delhi counseling after JEE.

Therefore, you can get DTU CSE/IT if your JEE score is high.

If your rank is low, you might have to look at other colleges or get a different branch.
