Which college is better among IBMR-Delhi and Indira College-Pune?

All India IBMR have 4 campuses which are in Hubli, Gurgaon, Bangalore and Ahmedabad. Delhi NCR have more opportunity of placement as compare to Pune. IBMR Gurgaon is better in terms of Faculty and Placement.

Both are good institutes, but I would recommend you to go for IBMR. It has a good placement record, updated course curriculum, and qualified and experienced faculty members. -

As according to me, I'll prefer you to opt for the IBMR as this college fees is affordable. Plus, it far better than any other college that you have mentioned above, in placements. Also, you won't face any problem as the placements of this college are quite good.
