The placement process at RIIM gives the students opportunities to make their careers in the widest range of industries. RIIM has excellent placement records - averages are at 6.0 LPA. The programme is AICTE approved and consists of academics, industry immersion and applied research. The college is a good place to practical learning. Most of the students got placed without even getting graduated yet and hired in big companies such as Amazon, Deloitte, Axis Bank, Decimal Point, ICICI Securities, HDFC Bank, Decathlon, Tech Mahindra, Aakar, The institute believes and follows practical learning which is a key tool for a successful manager.

RIIM has it's course developed in a way that it focuses on the leadership skills and makes the student employable. The Tie up with Iims have given RII
