Which college is better among IHM, Pondicherry and Munnar Catering College, Kerala?

IHM-Pondicherry is a government-affiliated college and gets most of its funding and other assistance directly from the ministry, whereas, MCC is a private college. In terms of facilities, I would say MCC is better, but MCC campus is in the forest area and is isolated.
