Which college is better among IPEC, Ghaziabad or ABES, Ghaziabad for mechanical engineering?

ABES Ghaziabad is better choice then IPEC Ghaizabad and in the ABES College there are better facilities and faculty to teach and make you understand better that results in good placements.
