Which college is better among KSOU & Amity to pursue Master degree in Distance/online mode in CS after B.Tech (4 years regular)?

I have some question regarding the above - 1) Is there any difference between MSc and MS? If so which one should I opt? 2) What is exact difference between Distance and Online Distance mode? 3) Is the degree worth for my career?
