Both are good but in the case of infrastructure, placement and facility LPU is better than any other University. LPU is much better than any other University. My cousin passed out from there this year and successfully got placed in Tech Mahendra. I myself have taken admission there. I took decision only after I saw the place, the lab.s, classes and met the teachers etc.Not only this, when I visited the campus I saw students involved with some classes and on inquiry got to know they were some placement classes that were meant to prepare students for some upcoming placement drive. Yes, LPU conducted LPUNEST entrance test for its various programmes. However, it depends upon in which stream you want to take admission. For many UG/PG programmes such as btech, B.Sc agriculture, law, management etc. test is mandatory for both admission and scholarship purpose. For some other courses such as computer application, BBA, hotel management, Bsc IT, commerce, arts etc. test is only for scholarship purpose .
