I visited both RIIM and PIBM, when I was selecting my college. RIIM is good as the course they are offering is very exclusive. Here MBA is affiliated to Pune University and they have limited strength of students they have limited seats, so during Placement we have good opportunity to crack the Interview, as per ROI it is one of the best and located in the city. They provide really good exposure to the students such as 20+ industrial visits, corporate sessions, Managerial communication sessions, personality development workshops, visit to NSE (National stock exchange), and residential programme in IIM Indore etc. I highly recommend RIIM

Hello Shubham, If you consider two important criteria Placement and ROI, RIIM PUNE will be the best Management Institute to pursue your PG programme. RIIM PUNE is providing prior importance to overall development of the student managers, thus it is very much helpful for the better placement result. All the colleges are definitely good. But if you go for ROI factor, RIIM is the best college in Pune, with a great placement record. The fee for the courses is affordable. Whereas other colleges are having more fee structure and they offer the same average package to the students. The best part is the MDP programme that is really best for overall development and confidence building of students. This is the unique factor RIIM is offering at an affordable fee structure. Almost all the reputed companies visit RIIM Pune for recruitment so basically there is no as such difference between various other good colleges and RIIM Pune.

RIIM is a place which provides a balance of both, knowledge and experience. Around 70% of the lectures are taken by Industry experts. Every year, more than 200 companies are coming for the summer internships. More than 200 companies visit for on-campus for final placement. Around, 14 LPA is the highest package. Overall, it is a good decent college to do your MBA. The average salary package goes nearly to 6 LPA. Separate hostel for both boys & girls was there with canteen in hostel & campus with good food quality. There is an industrial visit as well, so you can visit the industry once and get to know inside how everything works.

Both the colleges are good but in terms of placement and performance. RIIM Pune is far better than PIBM or any other colleges in Pune as I said because of their placement performance over the years. They have the best companies onboard. You will get an average package of 6 LPA and highest of 14 LPA. They have international programmes too. There is one programme, i.e. MDP which is a 15 days residential programme in IIM Indore. They have some basic certifications too like SAP, Six Sigma, business analyst, advance excel and foreign language. It is highly recommended. RIIM Pune will always be ahead in terms of ROI because of their fees structure but ROI does not always means investment of money. Apart from money, the student is investing its valuable time also which will define his or her career and again RIIM takes a leap from any other college in Pune because of the updated curriculum, well experienced faculty, various certifications programme including a certificate from IIM, Live Projects, Corporate Conclave, Internship, International exposure and many such things. Apart from all this RIIM Pune, taking limited no. of students not only makes it easier for college to enhance their overall personal

Placements and return on investment are connected to each other. If you have these two options then I would suggest you to go for RIIM Pune. As fee structure is lesser than pibm and placements are better. The fee structure of RIIM Pune is approximate 5 to 6 lacs for 2 years. And speaking about placements minimum packages of 4.5 lacs average package is of 6 to 7 lacs and the highest package goes around 14 lacs. Therefore RIIM Pune is best option to do Masters in management.
