RIIM Pune is better college in terms of return on investment and placement as the fees is Less than PIBM and placement goes around 14-15lacs. They also provide different types of internships to students. And placement readyness training is also provided. In which different corporate exposure is given. International exposure programme is also provided. They also have good programs like mentors and mentees in which students will get the guidance throughout two years. SAP, six Sigma, business analytics, foreign languages and different types of workshops are also provided.

I visited both RIIM and PIBM, when I was selecting my college. RIIM is good as the course they are offering is very exclusive. Here MBA is affiliated to Pune University and they have limited strength of students they have limited seats, so during Placement we have good opportunity to crack the Interview, as per ROI it is one of the best and located in the city. Whereas other colleges are having more fee structure and they offer the same average package to the students. The best part is the MDP programme that is really best for overall development and confidence building of students. This is the unique factor RIIM is offering at an affordable fee structure. RIIM is a place which provides a balance of both, knowledge and experience. Around 70% of the lectures are taken by Industry experts. Every year, more than 200 companies are coming for the summer internships. More than 200 companies visit for on-campus for final placement. Around, 14 LPA is the highest package. Overall, it is a good decent college to do your MBA. The average salary package goes nearly to 6 LPA. Separate hostel for both boys & girls was there with canteen in hostel & campus with good food quality. There is an industrial visit as well, so you can visit the industry once and get to know inside how everything works.

Both the colleges are good but in terms of placement and performance. RIIM Pune is far better than PIBM or any other colleges in Pune as I said because of their placement performance over the years. They have the best companies onboard. You will get an average package of 6 LPA and highest of 14 LPA. They have international programmes too. There is one programme, i.e. MDP which is a 15 days residential programme in IIM Indore. They have some basic certifications too like SAP, Six Sigma, business analyst, advance excel and foreign language. It is highly recommended. RIIM Pune will always be ahead in terms of ROI because of their fees structure but ROI does not always means investment of money. As fee structure is lesser than pibm and placements are better. The fee structure of RIIM Pune is approximate 5 to 6 lacs for 2 years. And speaking about placements minimum packages of 4.5 lacs average package is of 6 to 7 lacs and the highest package goes around 14 lacs.
