UPES Dehradun is much better than SRM .The placements are good and various specialization are available.

UPES, Dehradun is the best among these. There are many specializations in UPES with CSE as the main domain.

The best college among all that you have mentioned is SRM because they have the best education from all around India and if you are talking about petroleum university they have good faculty members but they are only from the North India but as SRM is having faculty members from all around India. B.Tech from UPES is far better than SRM, Modinagar if you consider a core subject like mechanical/petroleum engineering. For computer science and engineering, you should consider UPES.
