The best college among all that you have mentioned is SRM because they have the best education from all around India and if you are talking about petroleum university they have good faculty members but they are only from the North India but as SRM is having faculty members from all around India. So, they have a better academics. SRM organises day today events for the students where they not only get the exposure but also they enhances their skills.

Hi Ujjwal,
I am sure that you must be clear about the best university by reading the other answers and I would suggest you the same as everyone else did. UPES Dehradun is better for CSE than any other college.
UPES offers more than 15 specialized B.Tech courses in Information Technology and Computer Science and 93% of B. Tech in CSE batch was placed successfully this year.
The highest package was 14.81 lacs and the average package being 4.06 lacs.
So, I think it just adds another point to why you should go to UPES and not in any other university.

B.Tech from UPES is far better than SRM, Modinagar if you consider a core subject like mechanical/petroleum engineering. For computer science and engineering, you should consider UPES.
