Which college is better among VIT and NIT?

NIT. However, if you're from Vellore or Chennai, want to be near your home/home on the weekends and you plan to do Masters in the USA, VIT is better for you. NIT gives good campus interviews anyday.

There are multiple NITs. It will be difficult to compare VIT with NIT. You may re-frame your question with branch of engineering so that appropriate information & advice can be shared.
