    You can keep Welingkar as your first option, then you can consider XIME.

    I dont have much info about those colleges about I think XIME has a better ranking among all others.

    NL dalmia and Sies do not offer grt placement and salaries as compared to welingkars. XIME is in line with NL dalmia. Advise you to make ur preference as follows
    1.welingkar
    2. dalmia
    3.Xime
    4.Sies
