Which college is better B.Tech in CSE, Chandigarh University or YMCA, Faridabad? Should I pursue B.Tech in agriculture from HAU, Hisar?

Chandigarh University is the better option to pursue B.Tech in agriculture, it has a great infrastructure and great faculty members. It has high class facilities full Wi-Fi campus. Moreover, it has wonderful placements, 400 companies visited campus this year.
