Which college is better between BIET, Jhansi and UPES, Dehradun?

Dear, both are good colleges. On the basis of just two or three parameters we can't compare them. But one thing if I were at your stage I will choose UPES because faculty of UPES is focused on academics compared to BIET, Jhansi.

Although, both the colleges have their own winning points, UPES comes out as a better option. There are various reasons for that.
