Which college is better between Kalyani Government Engineering College and Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College for CSE?

As per my experience, I've seen the CSE department of JGEC is very strong. They take classes regularly and the teachers are good enough. In fact, I've seen them helping students a lot with their academics as well as career.
I've heard little of CSE department of KGEC.
If you consider the distance of college from Kolkata (main city), then choose KGEC over JGEC.
But if you solely want the best in CSE, then I think you should choose JGEC.
