Don't go for either. Try for Symbiosis instead.

BIMM, Pune would be a great choice, if you want to get a bang for your buck. Exposure to the corporate life is given importance here. Almost 250 companies come to campus for placements and internships, which is conducted in a 20 acre sprawling campus with state of the art infrastructure. With fees below INR 8 Lacs, it's a superior tier 2 college. -

I will recommend SIESCOMS, Mumbai, as it is a better-ranked college along with better ROI and Decent placements. -
BIMM Pune is better option as compared to SIESCOM NAVI MUMBAI.
