Both colleges are doing excellent work in the field of Management. Personally, I like RIIM because of its ROI. The college received so many achievements on this, affordable fees are also very important. After all, we need to repay our bank loan. There is no point to pay huge interest on a loan so picked up RIIM. College has all the good aspects such as impressive placements, rigorous curriculum, easily approachable and distinguished faculty members, student-driven campus, There are different cells and clubs at RIIM where you learn real-life management skills. PGDM is an excellent industry-oriented course and practical learning. The highest package international 19 Lacs and domestic the highest package 14 Lacs. The average package is 6 Lacs.

RIIM is a very good college if you consider all the factors. RIIM has a unique course curriculum which includes live projects with industry, case study, guest lectures from corporate experts, management games, experiential learning, educational tours etc. Learning and development with lots of hard works. RIIM provides PGDM course which includes 500+ hours for Advance Employability and Leadership development Programme to enhancing the English spoken and written ability, IT skills development, leadership lab, corporate launchpad and connect. Also 2 weeks of Management Development programme in IIM with 6 certification of NSE, SAP, Six Sigma, Advance excel, Digital marketing, training with World Innovation Alliance (WIA) and computer skills to provide quality Management developmental exposure. RIIM Pune is better option for MBA/PGDM both the courses. For MBA you will get the degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University and PGDM is AICTE Approved. RIIM provides you industrial exposure which is much needed for the students. RIIM Pune Employability programme provides students with the skills and knowledge to successful transition from institute to the work place. Most importantly they want students to try things and learn from the experience. It is a structured programme that recognizes the personal and professional development a student gains from their involvement in activities and beyond academic studies.
