IP College is one of the finest and top colleges of Delhi University. It has the best faculty members of BA Economics. This course is very popular among DU aspirants. It has experienced faculty members. The administrative staff is very cooperative.
It is one of the oldest colleges of Delhi University. It has the hostel facilities also. It has good commutation facilities via metro and bus.
So, in every means, IP College is better than DCAC.

I believe DCAC will be a better choice even though IP boasts of a good faculty. One should always check both of their options before deciding on one's future.
