Delhi University is surely best and being a student from HRC, I will suggest it is a good college and I don't have much information about studies at St. Xaviers College. There are other plenty better fields out there in which you can do your graduation and make a beautiful career.

    Hello,
St. Xavier's Kolkata is better than Hansraj College, DU in terms of rankings. As per MHRD's 2018 NIRF rankings, Xavier's is at 17 and Hansraj at 21. However, if you go by name Hansraj is also a good option because it has the very name of DU which triumphs everywhere.
At the end, all you get is a stamp of DU on your certificate and not the college although college matters the most. Make your choice wisely because there is not much difference between the two. Make sure you are okay studying in a different city. Check placements and everything that matters!

St. Xavier's College, Kolkata will be a better option to go for B.Com(Hons). It is a very good college in terms of faculty and studies and you will also get the brand name of Xavier's.
