Which college is better for B.Com in finance among St. Xavier's, Mumbai and NM College of Mumbai?

Dear Anjali, Both colleges are good. However, as a personal point of view I would suggest NM for your course. NM has a good background for such courses. Further you might also get benefit for your PG from there as the institution is a well-established brand name for PG courses as well.
