Which college is better for B.Sc. Agriculture in Amity University, Noida or LPU, Jalandhar?

Keeping in sync with the concept I found LPU course curriculum very employable. It believes in building expertise through well planned on-field implementation and testing of basic concepts in production, yield enhancement disease resistant and better shelf life of food and flora. Creating professionals to tackle the dogma from SEED to stomach. It runs B.Sc. (Hons. ). Agriculture Programme ie for 4 years. Agriculture Students are exposed to live Commercial farms (350 acres) to engage and tone up their endurance, confidence and management skills. Students are also involved in Practical crop production, Rural and Agriculture Work Experience (RAWE), Nursery raising for horticulture crops, Crop And SEED Identification, Soil And Water Sampling And Analysis, Soil Description And Interpretation, Organic And Chemical Fertilizer etc. Projects other than regular course work. Agriculture deals with well planned on-field implementation and testing of basic concepts in production, yield enhancement disease resistant and better shelf life of food and flora. Student may be given an option to go for 4 weeks study tour to USA/ European countries or any other country or option to join partner/ receiving university abroad for a semester as decided by the University subject to conditions. The programme outcomes include Knowledge Enhancement, Professional Enhancement, Entrepreneurship Skills, Communication & Extension Skills, Team Work, Educational Leadership, Data Handling, Ethics and Computational Skills. Placement: 5.6 LPA (Rallis India) was the highest salary package last year. Huge number of Campus placement drives with reputed brands used to be held every year for this course. Lovely Professional University is the first private University in India which is accredited by ICAR. Some programmes like B.Sc (Hons. ) Agriculture, M.Sc Ag. (Genetics & Plant Breeding), M.Sc. Ag. Hi Isha, Lovely Professional University is the first private University who has got and accreditation from ICAR. Curriculum here is as per the guidelines of ICAR (Indian Council of Agriculture Research) and is designed to train students to understand ways of improving the crop production in a sustainable manner and to provide overall knowledge related to agriculture.
