LPU is really a great platform to pursue your studies. I am an Alumni of the LPU batch 2013 and I had great experience in LPU. LPU provides the beautiful infrastructure and all required resources to students and staff. I will highly recommended that if you really want to make your career with good level of education then you should go for LPU. Dear Mahesh, Some factors on which you must compare the universities are as follows:
Teaching pedagogy followed by the institution. If it is dependent majorly on theoretical part, then it will obviously difficult for every student, more the practical better it is. Case based and experiential learning are the best ones so far. In my view, LPU is better than Poornima University. But regarding all other as suggested above, I am not agree. I have crossed over one and highly impressed as I find it as trying to follow and compete with JAYPEE University and Galgotias University in terms of:(a) Implementation of modern educational concepts and associated internationally renowned faculty from IITs and abroad.

Yes, LPU conducted LPUNEST entrance test for its various programmes. However, it depends upon in which stream you want to take admission. For many UG/PG programmes such as btech, B.Sc agriculture, law, management etc. test is mandatory for both admission and scholarship purpose. For some other courses such as computer application, BBA, hotel management, Bsc IT, commerce, arts etc. test is only for scholarship purpose .
