Which college is better for B.Tech among LPU-Jalandhar and Poornima University-Jaipur?

Go for LPU because Poornima University is the thug university of Rajasthan.

LPU is really a great platform to pursue your studies. I am an Alumni of the LPU batch 2013 and I had great experience in LPU. LPU provides the beautiful infrastructure and all required resources to students and staff. I will highly recommended that if you really want to make your career with good level of education then you should go for LPU. When I was seeking college for admission for my graduation, I was quite confused. But after a long comparison with all relevant facts and figures I joined LPU and now I am an alumni of LPU and Decision for LPU was best decision of my life. LPU gave me extra edge in everything. LPU is Great in teaching, placements, infrastructure or other facilities. LPU has around 2300 faculty members in the university. It has experienced, specialised and well qualified faculty members. LPU has earned many affiliations, recognition and accreditation and mark itself among the few of the top private universities.

Mahesh, LPU is one of the best universities in the country with world class infrastructure, modern facilities and highly qualified faculty from IITs, IIITs, NITs, etc. The university is having tie ups with many foreign universities and reputed companies thus facilitating higher education abroad and good placements respectively for their students. Big companies like Google, Tech Mahendra, Cognizant, Amazon, Adobe, etc come for recruitment purpose. Most of the B.Tech students are placed in good companies with high package. University prepares its students for placements through special inputs in the form of placement classes. Students have been offered package as high as 20 lacs pa. Dear Mahesh, Some factors on which you must compare the universities are as follows: Teaching pedagogy followed by the institution. If it is dependent majorly on theoretical part, then it will obviously difficult for every student, more the practical better it is. Case based and experiential learning are the best ones so far. Curriculum development : The curriculum must be a good mix of theoretical part as well as the latest requirements of industry, the university must develop its curriculum in consultation with the industry. Relevant trainings: Students tend to lose the interest in the subjects which they feel are not relevant, this spills over to other topics too. Institution has to ensure that the relevant topics are taught or the relevancy of the topics be also taught alongwith. Co-curricular activities: Competitive co-curricular activities many times act as relief for students from the monotonous routines, these must be encouraged so that students add value to themselves learning new skills. Mentor-ship: The continuous mentor-ship, buddy system are essential these days for academic and emotional fallback for students. Developing the vision: The college must work on developing the vision of the students, more clear the vision, more interest they will develop in the programme. All these factors put together, and a deep analysis on my part in 16 years of my career, I can safely say that LPU is a full ERA ahead of most other private universities. DVD.

LPU Jalandhar is better than Poornima University, Jaipur because of: 1. Better placements 2. Huge scope 3. Good company exposure 4. Better infrastructure and well to do labs

LPU Punjab is good option for B.Tech as compared to Poornima University but if you have fee issue then don't need to worry Poornima is also good for B.Tech But if there is no issue for fee then join LPU. All The Best

In my view, LPU is better than Poornima University. But regarding all other as suggested above, I am not agree. I have crossed over one and highly impressed as I find it as trying to follow and compete with JAYPEE University and Galgotias University in terms of:(a) Implementation of modern educational concepts and associated internationally renowned faculty from IITs and abroad. (b) Global connectivity by signing MOUs with many renowned technical universities/institutions of USA, UK, RUSSIA & Thailand, etc.(c) Flexibilities for choosing additional courses over RTU, Kota, Faculty Members, Class, Class timing and peers groups of learning. In addition to many more like project based learning, flexi-slot based timetable, digital classroom and high level learning level lab in all department. If possible, before taking any decision, you may visit Anand International College of Engineering, Jaipur.

PU has vast branches under B.Tech as it provides with you the practical implementation of the theory based acquired knowledge.
