All universities are right in place. But as a student of the LPU would like I mention that the LPU is a hell of better. I already have the view factor of all universities. Rating, education, location, epoch and infrastructure in each item LPU is better. Ranking: If I speak an approximate score then LPU is below top one hundred between all personal and authorities university. What shook me this year at the maximum is the rating current bias to span the worlds college rating again between all authorities and personal University. Placements: maximum crucial thing that the applicant at the university/technical college even during can see entering. So, in a lovely professional university of 100 students 90-95 students get a place. Especially at B. tech, the best sales package was converted to 64lac consistent with year. In control was 21lacs consistent with year. So in my factor to see your super programs than browse them to any other span University. Infrastructure: There are inexperienced regions within span university in my extraordinary regions, conference room with air conditioning, Google- Lab, IMAC Lab , Moot Court, best Artwork Lab, Farmland, Area Center, Play Areas and all boys and girls hostel. To define in a single yes/no for worth of any big institute would not be a justice , be it LPU or any other organisation. But here for your question let me highlight a few points which will help you understand LPU better. Its on outskirts of Jalandhar thereby a clean and peaceful environment spreaded over 600 acres of land. Diversity: diversity in terms of students from various states including many international students makes it a very happening place LPU is ranked 23rd among all Government and Private Universities in India as per NIRF. Placements are impeccable and a separate team works for assistance and trainings fro placements of students in all programmes. Division of career services which is primarily for students to volunteer in different activities. Confidence, managerial skills, organizers skills , leadership and critical thinking , innovation are all encouraged GYM, Swimming Pool, different sports ( Tennis, Squash, Basket ball, Volley ball etc) all available here. Student can register for membership and help students to develop healthy habits inside campus. Students can avail facility of library till 10 PM during exam time . Otherwise on regular basis they can avail till 9 PM Entrepreneurial cell: Incubating ideas and transforming it into innovative and creative start ups. Hi Thapar University has a better brand value. Since the institute takes admission based on merit, the student crowd at Thapar is better. Thapar University has a better faculty base, comparably. It offers great academics Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology is better than VIT. Thapar has various international rankings, excellent placement records, a qualified team of professionals as faculty members who provide the best possible guidance. Academics and placement wise VIT is the best one. Average package offered to students is around 6 Lakhs per annum and many reputed companies like oracle,microsoft,infosys recruits their students. NIT Jalandhar has lower fees approximately a fourth of Thapar University's fees. NIT Jalandhar is considered more reputed as a government institute.

Thapar Institute (TIET) is a well-reputed institute in Punjab for B.tech. My friend passed out from Thapar itself in CSE and now he is well placed in a good company with high salary package, no doubt that he was really hard working and determined towards his goals. In my opinion, every university you mentioned is good. But in terms of academics, exposure, happening campus life, placements, infrastructure, LPU is a better option than any other University. LPU is one of the best engineering colleges in India. LPU provides abundant opportunities for students to think out of the box. Sharing some Highlights B.tech at LPU as: Theres a whole lot of international exposure, Student after successful completion of 2 yrs. at LPU students can are given the option to join partner/ receiving university abroad for the completion of the program subject to conditions and norms of regulatory bodies. or else their other options too like Student may be given an option to go for 4 weeks study tour to the USA/ European countries or any other country as decided by the University subject to conditions. LPU has designed the curriculum very smartly in the major areas of Computer Science such as Artificial Intelligence, Networking, Databases, Data Analytics, Web Development, and Cloud Computing.
