Which college is better for B.Tech CS between Galgotia and Manav Rachna University?

My brother is studying in Manav Rachna University. It's a good university but costly because of there high class infrastructure as compared to Galgotias University. Although both offer good placements but Galgotias is reputed college in Greater Noida for pursuing B. Tech.It has 100% placement guaran

No doubt GEI is a good Institute. Galgotias College of Engineering & Technology is part of Galgotias Educational Institutions (GEI), founded by Smt. Shakuntla Educational and Welfare Society. The institute is affiliated to Gautam Budh Technical University, Lucknow but its name changed to Dr. A.P.J.
