KIET Ghaziabad is better then the GLA University Mathura as this college has better placements then GLA plus the campus life of the KIET is much more awesome then the GLA.

Hello there, Among the above mention colleges, you should definitely go for KIET for B.Tech in CSE in terms of Placement, academic, atmosphere, campus crowd, surrounding, infrastructure, etc. Hence go for it. All the best.
