Which college is better for B.Tech CSE between KNIT Sultanpur, BIET Jhansi, MMMUT Gorakhpur and JSS Noida?

I have few points, on that basis you can decide which college is better for CSE - Computer labs- CS labs are not in good working condition in all government Colleges. Yet, JSS should have good computer labs. Teaching staff- Faculty plays an important role in our life, but this is the bad luck that teaching staff is not so much interested in teaching, you have to dependent on self-studies and guest staff. Instead, JSS would have much better teaching staff compared to government Colleges. Placement- In KNIT, TCS visit regularly, and sometimes other companies also come. This year Snapdeal had come and some other companies would also come time to time, also pool campus placement took place here.
