LPU is the best engineering college in Punjab for CSE. Lately, number of admissions in CSE department have been increased rapidly and has become one of the popular courses among engineering aspirants. It focuses on the basic elements of computer programming and networking. Professors are easily approachable in the college and are well experienced. They are very supportive of all technicalities. We can contact them anytime for our study purpose. The latest teaching methods are used in the classroom. Curriculum in our branch is very well designed such that we can learn everything from basics to the in-depth knowledge of our field. The College takes us for the industrial visit for more growth and experience. It hands on experience by also working on live projects to develop a sense of problem-solving, and critical thinking in order to gain real-life understanding along with skill enhancement. In addition to core curriculum, the course offers subjects like communication and soft skills to enhance personality. The placements on the campus is good enough. It is the best university in the North of India to give the best packages in B.Tech (CSE). During the time of my induction, I have seen a few students who got placed in the companies with a package of 17 LPA. The university placement drive undoubtedly works hard for the students to get placed.

Poornima is best for CSE from academics and placement point. Also the internship opportunities, the hands on project, industrial collaboration make it really worthy among RTU colleges. Major multinational companies visit Poornima for Placements and higher in bulk numbers.

There are some key parameters that we should keep in mind before choosing any University, like, faculty, placements, international exposure, curriculum, alumni of that university. My younger brother has already completed B.Tech CSE from Lovely Professional University and currently he is working with amazon. His experience at LPU was amazing. He has discussed placements, exposure, academics etc. Honestly speaking, the quality of education provided at any of the universities in India has been standardized by the autonomous body called University Grants Commission (UGC). It is just a matter of public opinion that sometimes condemns a university while over-hyping another. Of course, few other factors, such as the university intake of good candidates and the output of taught, trained, and efficient candidates who get successful placements during the course of the past couple of years, matter, of course, but lets get to that a while later. In regards to the stream concentric study of Computer Science Engineering (CSE) at Lovely Professional University, it is undoubtedly a very good idea. The faculty at the CSE department of LPU is just as qualified as any of the popular universities and institutes of India that offer this discipline names I don't even need to say! It has produced perfectly efficient computer engineers in the past couple of years who have eventually landed salary packages as high as 42 LPA! Over the past couple of years, the department has seen a rise in the number of students taking admission in the stream.
