Which college is better for B.Tech in CSE: NIT Trichy or NIT, Warangal?

Please share the details on the basis of course outline, faculty, placement and college infrastructure for National institute of Technology Trichy or National institute of Technology, Warangal.

    NIT, Trichy has been ranked one among the NITs for a while now whereas NIT, Warangal is said to be in top 3 but its position keeps on fluctuating. If we see the MHRD ranking for engineering colleges NIT, Trichy stands at 11 while NIT, Warangal stands at 34. Coming to the CSE department, the curriculum of both the colleges is similar.     Hello, Both NIT's are best for CSE. But, if you are comparing with the placements, then NIT-Warangal in better than Trichy. All the best.

    Both NITs are among the top 3 NITs of India. But, NIT-Trichy has upper hand upon NIT-Warangal, as the rankings placement statistics of NIT-Trichy is better than Warangal. So, I will suggest you to go for NIT-Trichy.

    NIT, Trichy has been ranked one among the NITs for a while now whereas NIT, Surathkal is said to be in top 3 but its position keeps on fluctuating. If we see the MHRD ranking for engineering colleges NIT, Trichy stands at 11th rank while NIT, Warangal stands at 22nd rank. Coming to the CSE department, the curriculum of both the colleges is similar.
    The faculty in both the colleges is comparable as they follow government rules for recruitment of professors. Coming to the placements. NIT-Trichy had 100% placement for the year 2017. According to me, the industry as such sees NIT-Trichy's students as more employable.

    Both the NITs stand among the top at the academic prospective as well as in the overall era of study culture.
    For B.Tech CSE the most preferred is definitely NIT, Trichy due to its more inclined and subject oriented teaching scenario which make more skilled and oriented software engineers.
    Though NIT, Warangal too is recognized as a prestigious institute and has a very good placement ratio in CSE stream.
    It is too difficult to find difference between to institutions of same level. But all my knowledge and facts are the result of direct conversation with my friends and seniors studying there.

    In 2015, the percentage of students placed was 95 percent. For the CSE department, it was 95 percent in 2016 and 90 percent in 2017. The average salary for CSE engineering lies around Rs 12 lakhs (approx.). Moreover, some students also opt for roles in IT/CS, Consulting, Financial marketing, management as such.
