Hello, Both NIT's are best for CSE. But, if you are comparing with the placements, then NIT-Warangal in better than Trichy. All the best.

Both NITs are among the top 3 NITs of India. But, NIT-Trichy has upper hand upon NIT-Warangal, as the rankings placement statistics of NIT-Trichy is better than Warangal. So, I will suggest you to go for NIT-Trichy.
