Which college is better for B.Tech in CSE: Sharda University or Lovely Professional University?

LPU has collaborated with top industries like Google, Microsoft, CISCO, Oracle, Cadence etc. to provide industry immersions. For example, LPU has signed an MOU with ORACLE INDIA PVT. Ltd., the Database Giant for the Cloud Solutions. 4) Guest Lectures and Workshops: Various lectures and workshops have been held in the university. Many elite and erudite personalities from all over the world have enlightened our students with their profound academic and industrial experience. 5) Placement: LPU provides ample opportunities to each and every eligible students to secure good placement. LPU is better than Sharda University for B.Tech in CSE as it has good academics and provides all the facilities. Placements are good as we are getting trained. In a batch, 2000 students have registered and most of them are placed. The highest package offered is Rs 16 lakhs and the lowest is Rs 2 to Rs 3 lakhs. Companies like Amazon have visited for the past two years and last year and Cognizant has recruited 900 students. 50% of the students were offered internship and then further they were provided with a good amount of package. The highest stipend offered was Rs 50,000, the average is around Rs 20,000 with Rs 2000 to Rs 3000 as the minimum offered. The infrastructure provided is good and all the labs are equipped with a LAN connection to each system. Classrooms and hostels are provided with a library and have a dedicated lab for study purposes. Some students are provided courses with Apple Mac development with Apple computers installed on it. The faculty team is nice toward students and are also approachable in the non-teaching times. Various teachers are from IITs and also from LPU itself. The student to faculty ratio is around 45:1. The curriculum has plenty of practicals which help in development.

Hi Dear, After class 12th, when one of us fails to get into IIT's or our desired NIT's we feel like life is over and now all doors of success are closed but the thought of big private university still rings and a hope of exotic life again rises. After BITS, VIT, SRM, Manipal, LPU and Amity University is taken into consideration by an individual to pursue their career for the betterment of future. When it comes to LPU vs Sharda University, LPU leads. Both the universities share a common culture of being private but the entrance system is more selective in LPU than Sharda. Hence, a more talented and creative pool of minds can be found in the LPU campus. When it comes to infrastructure, both universities are newly built and have a modernized infrastructure but LPU has a far better management and staff than Sharda University. So, if the confusion is between Sharda and LPU, blindly go with LPU and trust me that you will never regret this decision. All the best.

Sharda University is comparatively better than LPU to study CSE as the placement rate in Sharda University for CSE is very high. Even though, Sharda University is comparatively smaller than Lovely Professional University, the quality of education in Sharda University is better than Lovely Professional University. Sharda University is good for Computer Science and Engineering as it has skilled and well-trained faculty members. B.Tech in CSE is most probably the best course in Sharda University. B-Tech CSE department at Sharda University has a huge number of very experienced and supportive faculty members. Sharda University is located in Delhi/NCR at Knowledge Park which is considered as the IT hub. Many IT companies reside here and Sharda University has collaborated with many of them like TCS, Infosys, IBM, ST Microelectronics, Tech-Mahindra and many others. These companies, every year, come to seek eligible candidates for job opportunities and they offer very good packages. CSE students at Sharda get best placements opportunities in comparison to other courses. Placements of more than 60% students are for sure. The highest package offered for CSE student is known to be 12 LPA. Sharda University has proper labs as well as advanced technologies that are there for student's learning purpose. Apart from infrastructure and education, Sharda University also hosts workshops related to various computer fields. They are conducted from time to time so that students can get the desired knowledge and make a better future for themselves.

Both the universities are good. I would like to say that LPU is synonymous to B Tech CSE. B Tech CSE is one of the fortes of LPU. Being a faculty of LPU I would like to share some details of B Tech CSE department of LPU : Placements are very good at LPU. Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. The maximum package availed by the student for CSE is 42 LPA. The maximum salary offered was 40 LPA and the average salary was 5.7lpa. PEP Classes-These classes help students for placements so that they can get selected in the pre-final year because the companies will start visiting for the recruitment of students from a pre-final year. Some of the students go for internships also in their final year. The Knowledge Review has rated LPU as the 10th best Training & Placement Institution in India. Tie-ups with Industries: LPU has tie-ups with many reputed industries such as IBM, Intel, Xebia, Upgrade. Comptia, Transorg, Geeksforgeeks, etc. That help students to explore themselves more in their field. Scholarships: LPU provides scholarships to bright students every year worth crore rupees to all the students based on their academics, extracurricular activities, and other factors. Specializations Offered: CSE students get many specializations while studying CSE to enhance their knowledge according to their interests such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Data Science, etc.

Lovely professional University is the best engineering college in Punjab for CSE. Number of admissions in CSE department have been increased rapidly and has become one of the popular courses among engineering aspirants. It focuses on the basic elements of computer programming and networking. I am saying this because I had completed same course from Lovely Professional University, Reviews are pretty good. Well, the study of CSE in LPU is very good. CSE is one of the branches in LPU having wonderful placements. Most of students get placed in reputed companies with few opting for higher studies. Special inputs in the form of placement classes are given to students to hone their skills and prepare them for placements. Professors are easily approachable in the college and are well experienced. They are very supportive of all technicalities. Students can contact them anytime for their study purpose. The latest teaching methods are used in the classroom.
