In Manipal University, there is only an infrastructure but no quality teaching. Go for Amity. You can get better.
    All the best.

From my personal opinion, above mentioned all institute & universities are good. But, placement is the main factor in your education. Today's MNC's are looking good command on latest technologies & programming languages. In Jaipur, only one of the institute that is Anand ICE, Jaipur which ia provide abroad internship during engineering. You may go www.anandice.ad.in for more information.

Amity University Jaipur for B.Tech (CSE).
CSE from Amity University is a good option. Some subjects are outdated in the curriculum. Teachers are very knowledgeable, helpful and qualified. Labs are well-equipped. There is compulsory internship/training in every semester break. And in the final year there is final year project which will help to get placed in companies. Placements is quite good. 100 percent Placements. Average package is between 4 to 6 Lacs. There are many companies such as wipro, infosys, TCS, visited the campus.
