Well in my opinion, I will recommend Lovely Professional University. But, What is most important is opt an efficient Institution. LPU is the best college for ECE engineering. I will highlight some of the features. 1) The faculty and the infrastructure and other facilities are excellent. 2) The placements are 100% and the preparation for the same starts from the very first year. 3) There is more than twelve Center of Excellence established by reputable companies like Automation Anyware, Texas Instruments, CISCO, SAP, Cadence, etc. 4) There is an innovation studio in LPU where students can work on their ideas. Moreover, in 2019, when the Indian Science Congress held in LPU, LPU Students also design Solar-powered Driverless Bus to ferry PM Modi to Indian Science Congress 2019 in this studio. 5) Last but not the least, the students told me that LPU has his own space shuttle programme, where students and faculty members are working on satellite programme with the joint help of ISRO.
