IIT, Kanpur in no way is a better choice than IIT, Kharagpur due to various reasons. IIT, Kanpur students enjoy lots of freedom and can feel independent as the college administration makes you feel mature enough to take rational judgements whereas norms are strict at IIT, Kharagpur.
