Which college is better for B.Tech in IT among HBTU, Kanpur and MMV, Gorakhpur?

Without a doubt, HBTU. Both are state government owned institutes which have been converted to universities and are the oldest ones in UP. But the biggest problem with MMMUT is that it is located in Gorakhpur which is not much developed city in comparison to Kanpur. Kanpur offers you better lifestyl
