Definitely LPU is better. These universities whose name are new are not much trustworthy. Though, relatively, LPU is also newer but better as compared to other mentioned. Also, having lot invested in infra and industrial tie-up make college life and placements very nice. -

Yes, LPU conducted LPUNEST entrance test for its various programmes. However, it depends upon in which stream you want to take admission. For many UG/PG programmes such as btech, B.Sc agriculture, law, management etc. test is mandatory for both admission and scholarship purpose. For some other courses such as computer application, BBA, hotel management, Bsc IT, commerce, arts etc. test is only for scholarship purpose .
