Which college is better for BE in CSE among BIT, Bangalore and DSCE?

Hello! I would say to explore more and look for other options as well. Being an Alumni of LPU, I would say LPU is one of the best option for B.Tech CSE. When comparing both the colleges on location level, both are located on the outskirts of the esteemed corporate world of Bangalore. The placements from both the branches are nice and are preferred by students for distance education. The average placement from BIT, Bangalore for undergrads in CSE is 7 LPA whereas from DSCE average is around 8 LPA. Also, BIT has the highest placement offering of 18 LPA while it is 14 LPA for CSE. Accordingly, comparing the infrastructure, BIT has modern infra and most updated lab facilities as compared to DSCE. When the comparison is between faculty members, DSCE has an edge and constitutes more experienced and qualified pool of faculty members. When it comes to choosing, I would suggest BIT-Bangalore, as it has better placement opportunities and more vibrant campus.

Placements are good for CSE at BIT and if you are willing to complete engineering and then work for some multinational companies, then at BITs you'll get the right opportunity. Placement is usually 97% of the eligible students, the packages are better when compared to other colleges. Students from CS, do get placed easily but for others, it's a struggle. If students have decent percentage they to get placed with high salary. Bangalore Institute of Technology (BIT) witnesses about 70-80% placements with reputed companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Mahindra & Mahindra, L&T, Bosch coming in for campus placements. Google drops in and picks up a couple of lucky chaps from here as well. The average salary is a mediocre Rs. 3.5 lakhs per year and the highest goes to around Rs 9 lakhs per annum, a phenomenon observed only a few selected colleges. However, DSSCE has an intake of 120 with 90% placements, although the average package is Rs 3 lakhs per annum and overall offers made have very generic roles, diverse set of roles are hardly offered here and hence this college is not recommended for CSE. Hello, as far as the course outline is concerned, the college infrastructure and faculty are almost equivalent in both the universities. Placements in Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering (DSCE) is about 90%. If you are little bit sincere towards your studies, you will be having at least 2 jobs in hand at the end of 4th year. Major placements took place in Accenture. Last year, about 200 students got placed in it. As far as internships are concerned, the percentage is low. If you are bright enough, then only you will get the internship from the college. Placement is the key point of Bangalore Institute of Technology. Under VTU, it is ranked number 1. This year, around 80 companies came to our campus with the package varying from Rs 3 LPA to Rs 14 LPA. Almost everyone got placed in CSE, ISE and ECE department, irrespective of the people having many backs. The average salary is around Rs 7 LPA with the lowest being from mass recruiters. Walmart offered the highest at Rs 14 LPA. BE in computer science is one of the most celebrated fields of education. Being a software engineer is also a dream for most of the students after their school education. DSC- Good placement, excellent infrastructure, quality education and large number of alumni. BIT- Average placement, medium quality infrastructure, good quality education, alumni support are a bit less for this college. Doing Bachelor of Engineering from Bangalore is dependably useful. Bangalore is celebrated for the Information Technology and ITES jobs. So huge number of aspirants join Bangalore grounds for their unhitched male of building education. No universities offer position without the student's support. All campuses like PES and MSRIT will welcome great organizations which offer great packages. They will give arrangement preparing to that company. The student needs to devote his brain and endeavor to accomplish a similar objective for getting a decent job. The school has great quality resources that are having knowledge in the field of instructing.

1)CAMPUS: Undoubtedly DSCE has the best campus in Bengaluru where as BIT is just a single building. 2) PLACEMENTS: In terms of placements, BIT has a good record as compared to DSCE. 3)FACULTY: Both institutions have good faculty team. DSCE is autonomous institute and BIT is affiliated to VTU. Hence from my opinion, DSCE is the best option in all aspect because you will be having some flexibility in internals, attendance and also you will get a good amount of holidays in DSCE. DSCE is the best option if you want to enjoy your engineering time. But if you are totally academic-oriented then BIT is the choice for you. People have a lot of expectations from their college life. If you are one from this lot then surely BIT is not the place for you as what you will get in the name of campus is just a 7-storey apartment building. Coming to the placements perspective, both the colleges are quite equally poised except a few more companies here and there visiting BIT. Thus despite having a better ranking BIT doesn't have much to offer in terms of college life. The choice is completely yours. If you are ready to sacrifice your college life for the sake of those few more companies, then you can go for BIT.
